This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
We always hear that students do not get time to be creative. These materials will give my students and others the chance to have their imaginations pop right out of the page. My gifted and talented class has an open door policy- in that, everyone is welcome to come through my door and use materials they need to express themselves. My students create books, STEM projects, and science fair experiments. My students love and appreciate the different kinds of project-based learning projects they do all year.
