My students need activities to use during teacher PE and social centers. Items like balls and games, an Active Play Kit and a Tub of Cars & Trucks, that they can use creatively.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Kindergarten is were children learn to be creative. But can you imagine going out the play field with no equipment. Or during social centers have no games to play. This is what happens daily in my Kindergarten class.
The children in my class come from a rural farming town.
Most the children at our school are on free/reduced lunch. They are also English as Second Language Learners, as well as migrant children. At home they do not have the opportunities to play creatively.
During teacher PE and social centers the children will make up games, play with each other and learn. They are learning to get along and cooperate. The amount of learning that happens during these times are amazing. For some they develop language as well.
My Project
With the Mosaic Board the children will be able to make many different designs using the magnets. With the playground equipment the children will be learning eye hand coordination as well as making up games to play.
The cars and trucks will be used in the block center, Can you imagine building roads and buildings without any cars?
With these resources I am hoping develop the creativity in my Kindergarten students.
I love watching them grow everyday. Their little faces light up when they learn something new. The skills that they learn in Kindergarten will help them with the of their education careers.
