My Project

Students love using technology and playing with LEGOs! What better way than to combine the two! Stop Motion Animation activities will encourage students to demonstrate their creativity through storytelling.

LEGOs are the perfect tool for students to use as they begin to learn about Stop Motion Animation!

Using an app on our iPads, students will capture one frame at a time as they move their LEGO figures to tell their stories. When the video is played back it creates the illusion of movement much like early animation. This project will purchase the figures necessary to create these projects. What a perfect way to incorporate social and emotional learning with technology!
