My Project
I'm a middle school art teacher and want to create an experience for my kids that they will all enjoy, and will be a form of art therapy.
These kids are coming back to school two months late due to fires in Lahaina on Maui.
Many have lost everything in the fires. They need the freedom to express themselves in the aftermath.
My plan is to use the easels and paper during our study of impressionism.
Impressionist painters often painted outside, so I want to give my students that same experience.
