My Project
In our fashion marketing class, we aim to bridge the gap between creativity and business.
To facilitate this, we are seeking funding for a sublimation printer, which will empower students to create custom apparel and accessories while gaining practical experience in economics, financial literacy, and marketing.
This project will provide a hands-on learning environment where students can explore the exciting intersection of fashion and business.
Students will learn about the fashion industry's supply chain, production costs, and pricing strategies. They will analyze how market trends affect consumer demand and how to position their designs competitively. By managing the costs associated with producing custom clothing, students will develop essential budgeting and financial management skills. They will calculate production costs, set prices, and track profits, gaining insight into the financial aspects of running a fashion business.
Students will create and market their own designs, learn about branding, target audiences, and promotional strategies. They will develop marketing campaigns to showcase their products, applying lessons in social media marketing, advertising, and consumer engagement.
