My Students
I educate students in grades of k-8 in The Bronx, NYC. They are curious, talkative, and eager to learn new things in technology class that will relate to their content areas and everyday lives. In the Technology lab, the students work on various projects that use various applications such MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
I want children to feel confident, excited, and eager about their projects and continue exploring various apps and programs to increase their knowledge.
My Project
These resources from TPT will continue to enhance the Digital Citizenship and Computer Science projects that I use to increase rigor in the classroom. Digital Citizenship ensures that students have a responsibility online and monitor their digital footprint.
Students will also learn about the historical perspective of Computer Science, for example, Historical Programmers and Programs, Binary codes, and historical devices.
I want projects that are engaging and challenging. Students should really enjoy the projects and complete work there be able to share what they have learned with their peers and the school community!
