Creative and Hands-On Learning Materials for Kindergarteners
Help me give my students supplies for hands-on and creative learning! We would also like tools to help us learn the concepts of addition and subtraction.
Hands-on and interactive activities are always one of the most beneficial tools for learning, especially in early childhood! Through this project I am asking for materials to make activities more interactive and engaging for all learners. The clipboards are intended to be used for "write the room" activities to emphasize that words are all around us and a part of daily life. I am also asking for the skin tone crayons to create a more inclusive environment and allow my students' creativity to run wild and not be limited by color choice.
By donating to our project, you will not only help my students learn complex topics, but allow them to do so through developmentally appropriate, hands on activities.
Addition and subtraction are two large and complex concepts for young learners. The Montessori number blocks would be an amazing tool for my students to be able to visualize these tricky concepts. Lastly, I am asking for the building rocks to allow my students more options during indoor recess that naturally teach science concepts related to forces and cause and effect. My students and I thank you for showing interest in our project. Your generosity is what helps classrooms like ours grow thrive!
