Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are eager to learn math and become great at it. It is difficult to eliminate the "math is boring and difficult" stigma. Teachers-Pay-Teachers consist of a plethora of work from very creative teachers.
I want my students to LOVE math.
My students need create worksheets and activities. From experience, I have noticed that my students enjoy working on the activities I have purchased from the Teachers-Pay-Teachers website. They are usually hands-on, creative, artistic, and colorful. All the characteristics that most students would not associate with Math. I would love to change their idea of how they see math.
