Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of the items are here to supply students with a chance to be able to express themselves through art and education. I believe that students need an outlet to express themselves. The way that I want to give them a chance is through art and peace. My class is designed for comfort as I believe students need to feel safe and love in order to learn and express themselves fully.
The headphones are one of the big items that is needed.
They will provide the students to be able to work on their activities will less nose distractions. Along with the headphones, the desk lamps are another item needed because I want to gives students a chance to ask for help without having to announce it to the class. The lights will change base on their needs. The other items are to support students creativity. Like the pencils, the paper, and an organizer which I will use to store the many crayons I have.
My students would benefit tremendously as they are from a life of poor status. I want to be able to give my students as much as I can so that they don't feel like they are missing or behind in life. No child deserves to feel like that. I will make sure that my students are welcomed so that they can express themselves. With these items, I believe my goal to be reached.
