My Project
My kindergarten students get so excited when they are able to read independently. Having a classroom library that is rich with diverse texts will allow my students to feel connected to the characters and stories they read.
When students have an opportunity to choose reading materials, they have more ownership in their education and make reading a priority. Providing adequate books that match a variety of student interests is essential to encouraging a passion for reading. With your help, I can expand my classroom library to keep my eager readers engaged and excited about reading.
