My Project
Students come to school to learn, socialize, and become well rounded students. Why not give students opportunity to learn job skills as well? I would like to create jobs in the classroom that students will look forward to doing and "paying" them with an incentive toy at the end of the week.
Students will have the opportunity to learn responsibility by being in charge of certain things in the classroom.
I want to create a librarian who will roll the books back in the cart to the school library. I also want to have a student who will wipe down the board at the end of the day, a sweeper who will be responsible to clean the floors with the broom and dust pan. Another responsibility would be to water the plants and take it out for sunshine. At the end of the week, students will earn a toy incentive if they completed their job for the week.
