Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My project is for my 4-year-old PreK students. We use the Creative Curriculum for PreK and are in need of material that will enhance my students learning. They will use the materials for hands-on creativity during center time. They will have the opportunity to work by themself or in a group. One of our units is Building. They will engineer in building a construction site by dressing up and using the Kids Tools Set, and STEM toys in assembly/disassemble. In our Exercise Unit, they can use the Premkid Exercise Dice. In the 3’R Unit, they use the Magnetic Color Maze and the Garbage Truck for sorting garbage.

My students' fine motor skills can be practiced through painting, making crafts with construction paper, building puzzles to work on hand-eye coordination, and using the sand table with different items to play with.

The materials you donate will enhance the curriculum while the student learns through play. At the age of 4, that’s how they learn.
