My Project

Hello!

My class is in need of colored construction paper for various art projects we will do throughout the year that impact their understanding of modern day history.

My goals for this project are to encourage students to break the confines of traditional essays in Washington State History classes, and tap into the creative abilities they have. It is statistically proven that students learn better through project based learning. When students create and take ownership of a project their understanding is everlasting.

This is a special project to my students as we are a Title 1 school with limited funding for the arts.
