Creating Futures, One Story at a Time

Help me give my students tools to inspire creativity and enhance their writing. With a printer, binding machine, and portable photo printer, they can create, publish, and showcase their work with confidence, pride, and excitement.

My Project

My students are talented, curious Native American learners in a rural area with limited access to educational resources and opportunities. They are eager to learn and excel in math but face challenges in science and creative writing due to a lack of engaging, hands-on tools. With your support, we can provide them with the resources they need to spark their excitement for learning and help them succeed.

The printer, comb binding machine, and portable photo printer will offer my students valuable experiential learning opportunities.

These tools will allow them to experience the full journey of becoming writers and authors. Using the binding machine, students can compile their stories, artwork, and projects into polished books, giving them the chance to see their work in a professional format. The photo printer will enable them to add visual elements to their stories, enhancing their creativity and self-expression.

This project will culminate in a book reading event where students will share their published works with classmates, family, and invited guests. This hands-on, student-centered activity will not only help them develop writing and creative skills but also build confidence in public speaking and presentation. It will be an opportunity for students to take pride in their work and feel the excitement of being authors.

By supporting this project, you are helping my students engage in project-based learning, where they actively take ownership of their education. These tools will foster creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression, empowering my students to share their voices with pride.
