Creating Enduring Readers and Writers in these Modern Times

Help me give my students a more relatable, interactive, more engaging, and hands-on activities in ELA.

My Project

Our ELA project is focused on having our classroom be packed with all the necessary learning materials for reading and writing so that the students of these times will become enduring readers and writers. If these materials are provided, it will enable the students to have more enduring independent and collaborative readings in these times where distractions are abound. The technology, instead of being an enemy to the students' focus, will be utilized for more beneficial and productive means for language skills development.

Moreover, this project will also help the students to become effective writers who are free to express their individual needs, share their personal feelings, and diverse ideas about various topics in responsible conscientious ways.

With those materials, from pens to headsets to projectors, the students will be aided to become responsible of their own learning while at the same time being able to relate and interact with other students in various individual and group activities where those learning materials are to be utilized.

From this, it is a hope that they become effective English communicators through your generous unwavering support and help. Mahalo!
