I teach 7th grade history students in a suburban school in Pennsylvania. They love hands-on, project-based learning, which is exactly what this project would bring to them. The students love to try new things, especially when it comes to technology in the classroom.

With this donation, my students will not only be able to create electronic books for projects in my classroom, but would be able to begin a community outreach project. Certain organizations in our area have printed resources that we would be able to make into interactive electronic books for them. This would be another great application that we could use this donation for.
My Project
With the donation of a Mac Mini computer, you will bring the opportunity to my students that will allow them to create, compose, and write electronic books in the classroom. This will boost the type of projects that my students will be able to make to show me what they have learned in the units that I teach. When you have the opportunity to create something as a student you retain that knowledge and become a life-long learner.
