My Project

Research shows that in the past few years since the COVID-19 pandemic, students across the globe have started experiencing more symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety has become the most common psychiatric disorder in childhood. Sadly, mental health diagnoses and rates of suicide among children and adolescents are on the rise.

We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for our 3-year-old to 8th-grade students.

The TPT gift card, books, activities, and materials included in this project will help our students learn how to cope with their difficult feelings of worry and stress. Your support can help us equip students with the ability to handle their emotions better; ultimately, increasing their feelings of safety and ability to learn academically.
