This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The addition of rugs and bean bags will create a more comfortable and inviting classroom environment. Rugs will define learning areas, reduce noise, and provide a soft, designated space for students to gather and work collaboratively. Bean bags will offer flexible, cozy seating options that encourage relaxation and focus. Both items contribute to a more engaging atmosphere, helping students feel more at ease and better able to concentrate in the classroom.
The goal for this project is to enhance the overall classroom environment, foster a sense of comfort and security, and improve student focus and engagement.
The classroom will be a supportive space that promotes mental well-being and a positive learning experience for all students.
Our students are incredibly diverse, each bringing their own unique perspectives and strengths to the classroom. They are curious, eager to learn, and resilient, despite the challenges they may face. This diversity and determination make them uniquely special and deserving of a learning environment that supports their individual needs and encourages their personal growth.
