This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The students at our middle school are hard working, creative, compassionate, and driven towards excellence. They are eager to take on the challenges of changing our world in a positive way and are ready to use their musical voices as a guiding force in creating change.
The communities we serve are vibrant and diverse.
Although many of our students face daily challenges in the neighborhoods they live in, they do so with optimism, integrity, and pride. As teachers we strive to give them a place that elevates their voices.
My Project
I will be using this equipment to teach my students critical technological skills used by professionals in the world of music production. In addition to learning the necessary skills, it will allow them to write, produce and record original music.
My students have a musical voice and they deserve access to equipment that will allow them to express that voice!
The Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 interface is a critical tool for making this happen.
I look forward to helping my students create original compositions and record their performances and with the help of this audio interface, headphones, and microphone we can make this happen!
