My Students

In first grade we build reading, writing, and math skills. We are a classroom full of diverse learners, with each student receiving differentiated instruction based on their own individualized needs.

First grade is an exciting time of transition for little ones.

Every year I get a new group of students that are excited and eager to learn. First graders are also able to talk more about their feelings. I do my best to listen to each of them every day. You never know what they are going to do or say. Each day is a joyful surprise for me and them.

My Project

The Cricut Explore Air 2 can help create a room that is a positive place where a student can come to work toward specific goals set before them. Having a Cricut Explore Air 2 in the classroom will open doors for creating exciting bulletin boards, posters, t shirts, labeling reading baskets, and so much more. The possibilities are endless.

The physical atmosphere of the classroom can help prevent behavior issues as well as promote and improve learning.

I want to create the ideal environment that is friendly and conductive to learning for all students. This positive environment is essential to the success of my students.
