Creating an Awesome Library Space Where Imaginations Can Soar!

Help me give my students a new carpet for our classroom library so that we can continue to provide a relaxing and engaging space for them to read and learn together.

My Project

Library spaces are the hearts of every classroom. Classroom libraries are places where children's minds are engaged and their imaginations can find freedom. I am asking for a new library rug because young learners often sit on the floor to read and enjoy books. I am also asking for a carpet sweeper and carpet deodorizer to keep our new rug clean and smelling fresh. We are trying to create a magical and special library space, and a new rug will play an important role in this transformation.

A new rug for our classroom library will not only give our students a place to read, but it will be a space for them to sit together, share their thoughts, and engage with peers.

Rather than having our kids sit on the floor or on carpet squares, which can both be cold, and impersonal, our kids will have a bright and colorful new rug so that they can learn in comfort. Our classroom library is also next to our calm-down corner, so the students have the option of practicing mindfulness and emotional regulation in a space that they feel is cozy and safe.
