Creating a Writing Portfolio

Help me give my students blank books for creating our annual writing portfolios.

My Project

I teach writing to a great group of students. One of the highlights of the school year is building our writing portfolios.

Students are so much more invested when they are able to publish their writing professionally.

I teach 2 groups of students and I will need 36 blank books with glue. The students will choose quotes to decorate their books, making it a special personalized portfolio that truly represents the student. Each student will then choose published writing pieces throughout the year to fill the pages of their book.
