Help me give my students a great foundation of learning. I will begin teaching Kindergarten in the Fall. I hope to set up a classroom that provides structure and a great learning environment for my students.
I am requesting some core learning resources to set up my classroom.
I want to set up a solid learning environment that will increase my students ability to succeed.
I will be moving from a special needs preschool specialist to a Kindergarten teacher. Several special needs students will be in my classroom.
I am wanting to set up learning centers that are tactile and beneficial for my students. As well as other odds and ends that are needed in a new classroom.
Puzzles for tactile learning, dry erase boards for learning letter writing, count down clocks that helps children monitor their time, games and gadgets (Marble track, legos, dinosaurs, sea creatures) that require cognitive learning and imagination.
I also am including training and music from Dr. Jean who is a professional teacher who caters to Special needs students her learning resources will be a great asset to out classroom.

I have the opportunity to work with 12 of the special needs students in preschool that will be graduating to Kindergarten. A majority of them will now transfer with me to Kindergarten. I am modeling my new classroom after the same style and learning that they are familiar with.
