Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are curious, compassionate, and full of creativity. They come to school each day eager to learn, explore, and connect with the world around them. I love how they support one another and celebrate each other’s successes, big and small.

The reading nook will give them a cozy, inviting space where they can dive into books and develop a lifelong love for reading.

The social-emotional books will help them learn empathy, kindness, and resilience—skills that are just as important as academics.

Together, these resources will give my students both the tools to grow as readers and the heart to grow as people.
