Creating a Place of Potential!

My students need new furniture to create a welcoming space in our classroom. Bright pops of colorful chairs and new tables help to build a "place of potential" in which students want to work hard.

My Students

My classroom is filled with hardworking students, creative thinkers, and interested learners. The students in my class work hard every day and collaborate to share knowledge.

My class is very interactive and hands-on.

We like to move from one activity to the next. We build, explore, create and learn all day, every day. To maximize this type of learning, organization, readily accessible materials, and flexible seating are key to success.

Organized materials in the classroom help my second graders in a variety of ways. As a teacher, I am able to individualize my instruction to meet the needs of the highest to lowest learner by allowing students to access the materials they need at any given time. The students are able to build, create, and learn easily and efficiently in a well stocked and organized classroom.

My Project

The students I teach become inspired by their classroom environment. Igniting their creativity and excitement for learning with pops of color created by tables and classroom seating helps to create a "place of potential" in which all students are excited, motivated and inspired to put forth their best effort every day.

Creating a classroom environment that is welcoming to both the students and families alike helps to engage the community as a part of the learning process.

I am excited for a new school year and look forward to watching my 2nd graders grow, learn and thrive in a welcoming, engaging physical classroom.
