My Students
I have the pleasure of working with about 25 amazing scholars at a Title I Charter School. My students are vibrant and FULL of energy! They are so innovative and incredibly creative! The most exciting characteristic these brilliant scholars posses is their eagerness to learn; these students LOVE school and walk in everyday with positive energy and a “can do” attitude that is especially pleasant to witness.
My Project
I currently teach at a rapidly growing charter school; with class sizes increasing, organization is more important than ever. This project is intended to help create an organized, literacy rich classroom with reading areas, sensory items, and alternative lighting!
With the great deal of chaos occurring in the world today, I would like for my classroom to be a place of peace for my scholars.
Third grade is a transitional period in these scholars academic careers, I would like to do what I can to make this transition an easy one! It may not be much to some, but for me and my students it means the world.
