These materials will help my kindergarten students with literacy and phonics (sight words, guided reading, phonics centers) by providing alternative methods of introducing standards and allowing whole group interaction. With a class full creative minds, I feel that it is extremely important to channel that creative energy into the instruction. With this being said, many of the materials included in this project are to be used for games and creative phonics center activities. There are also several classroom necessities (pencils, writing paper, chart paper) included in this project that can be provided to alleviate costs from parents who may not be able to provide these materials.

About my class
