The students will use glue sticks, popsicle sticks, and paint to create their STEM science projects about animal life and shelters. Students will use the organizing bins to store their work as each unit will allow them to revisit, and add to their animal life shelters. Students will be learning about how animals survive in different environments and how they maintain their habitats.
Students will present their structures and allow other students to give simple feedback on their whiteboards. This gives children the opportunity to learn how to give suggestions to others in a kind and meaningful way.
