My Project

Help me create the classroom environment of my students’ dreams! As we know, the furniture provided to public schools is very basic—desks, chairs, and a board to write on. But it’s the teacher’s responsibility to transform that space into a nurturing environment that fosters learning and encourages a growth mindset.

A thoughtfully designed learning environment has a powerful impact on student success.

To make this vision a reality, I’ve created a DonorsChoose wishlist. With your support, I hope to bring in softer lighting, cozy reading corners, calming spaces for social-emotional regulation, and highly focused areas for writing, math, and reading. These additions will help create a classroom where students feel comfortable, inspired, and ready to thrive.
