This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love my students’ curiosity, enthusiasm, and eagerness to grow as readers and learners. They come to school each day excited to explore new ideas, challenge themselves, and share their love of stories. A classroom library rug will transform our reading corner into a warm, inviting space where students can gather comfortably to dive into books, share their favorite stories, and foster connections with peers. This resource will encourage imagination, build essential literacy skills, and provide a cozy spot that makes reading feel exciting, special, and fun for all of my students.
