Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I strive to create a calm, relaxing environment for my second graders. They spend the majority of their day in our classroom. I am requesting seasonal LED string lights and decor to create a calm and festive learning environment for my students. I will use the lights for holidays like Easter and more. These lights will also promote diversity and inclusion since I will strive to include the holidays of all the cultures represented in my class.

Research shows that the classroom environment can affect student motivation and learning.

I am doing my best to create an environment that supports all learners. The seasonal LED string lights will further create a positive and festive learning environment for my students. Thank you for supporting me in my goal to create a calm environment for my learners.
