My Project

As I am wrapping up the end of my first year teaching, I am beginning to plan for next school year and things I want to improve on.

I teach middle school special education, I have 6th, 7th, and 8th graders who all have diverse needs and learning styles.

While this year has been very successful and my students have made tons of progress, I would like to include more flexible seating options to promote focus and meet their individualized needs.

Included in my list are items that will create a more inclusive and flexible classroom environment for my students. The yoga ball seats, standing desk, and the folding lazy chair will provide a variety of options to meet my students physical needs. These items on the list will help me create a cozy and inclusive environment that will promote comfort and independence among my students.
