Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

1) Los artículos incluidlos en este proyecto ayudarán a los estudiantes en la creación de sus ciudades. Estos construirán las ciudades en el programa de Minecraft y luego realizaran maquetas en grupos cooperativos. El las ciudades incluirán las siguientes áreas: centros de reciclaje y escuelas que promuevan la reducción de la huella de carbono CO2, el reciclaje y el cuidado de nuestro planeta, autos alimentados de energías solar, alcaldía, hospitales, casas alimentadas de energía sustentable amigable con el ambiente, áreas verdes en toda la ciudad, ( siembra de árboles), entre otros. Esta experiencia hará que el estudiante comprenda la importancia del cuidado de nuestro planeta . La impresora la utilizaremos para imprimir imágenes de hospitales, escuelas, centros de reciclaje, identificando los mismos usando la laminadora para conservar las imágenes. Además en la computadora realizarán afiches, bolsas y material educativo que luego imprimirán para divulgar en la escuela y a familiares sobre la importancia de cuidar planeta Tierra. Los audífonos, para trabajar la ciudad en Minecraft de forma individual. Se utilizarán los autos alimentados de energía solar en las ciudades.

Las metas para mi son lograr que mis estudiantes por medio de los artículos que adquieran, puedan construir sus ciudades sostenibles y amigables con el ambiente.

Que puedan concienciar a todos estudiantes de la escuela, creando stickers, material educativo impreso, bolsas con mensajes alusivos al cuidado de nuestro planeta y la sostenibilidad.

Los estudiantes de quinto grado son resilientes. Ellos han tenido que vivir momentos muy fuertes a consecuencia del cambio climático y el calentamiento global, ( huracanes: Irma y María). Esto fue devastador para ellos. Es por esto que este proyecto se hace bien pertinente por que ellos comprenden la necesitad de cuidar nuestro planeta, movernos a la sostenibilidad.
