My Students

Do you remember finally being able to read your first book? Think of how excited you felt waiting to share this wonderful news with your teacher, parent, family, and friends. My students share that excitement and joy of waiting for and then finally reading their FIRST book! My students are curious and eat up learning!

My students are ready for decodable texts to build their confidence when they are in a book!

They are craving to discover how to read!

My Project

My students must have decodable readers to spark an interest in wanting to continue to work on their reading skills. Students in my classroom love to learn! They love to listen to books and use headphones during centers. I would love a variety of decodable books, so I can create confidence and hold their interests and keep them reading in my classroom.

Struggling readers will benefit from having a book in their hands that they CAN read!

Once a child feels inside that they are reading, nothing can stop them!
