Crafty Critters

My students need all sorts of craft and art supplies to create creepy, crawly creatures for our Science Unit on Insects, the Science Fair, and our end of year celebration on BUGS!

My Students

My students are lovable and kind kindergarteners! They are extremely eager to learn and are very appreciative of everything that is given to them. What I enjoy most about teaching them is that they always try hard to please but sometimes it is difficult because my school lacks resources. I would love to give these children everything they deserve.

We've been getting by on what we have but how nice would it be to really enhance these young minds by enriching their learning with supplies that are desperately needed.

My Project

The weather is warming up and the bugs have started crawling, flying, and buzzing around. My students need all sorts of craft materials and art supplies to make bug and insect crafts including worms, spiders, butterflies, bees, and all manner of creepy crawly creatures. These delightful creatures will be displayed in our Bug's Life Celebration. The children are looking forward to making their Crafty Critters and learning about the parts of their insects in doing so. They are so eager on getting their hands on all these materials such as paper, dough, paint, and styrofoam balls, so that they create their very own 3 dimensional insects. These items will let their critter creations come to life!
