Leadership High School has struggled for many years to make a yearbook that is affordable for students. Many seniors this year would love to be able to afford one, but unfortunately, many can't. Part of the yearbook's class mission is to get the price down as much as possible to make this come true.
This project would not only help raise funds to decrease the price of the book, but it would also provide students with the opportunity to learn about marketing and sales.
Students will make jewelry that they will then sell at craft fairs and school events. The students will learn how to create jewelry, market their work and use the profits to bring down the cost of the yearbook and make it more affordable for the student body. Every year we have students who wish they could afford the yearbook, only to have to turn them down based on finances. Please help us make their dreams come true.
