This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach first grade and they are so excited to learn. My students are very energetic and are always engaged in my lessons. Oftentimes, I would like to reward them by adding a fun craft they can make to go along with our lessons. The couple of times we have done crafts this year, my students have been so excited and happy. They enjoy them so much and I would like to bring more joy to my class with these materials.

My job is one of the best!

I get to teach and I get to see the growth my students make, but more importantly, my students have fun doing it!
