Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This is my second year teaching small group math and art for 3rd–5th grade, and I’m so excited to continue helping students grow! In both subjects, I focus not only on creativity and academic success, but also on building essential life skills. One of my biggest goals this year is teaching students how to stay organized. The a binder storage center, clock manipulatives, a laminator and other items in this project encourages that by having students follow a materials list, manage supplies, and take responsibility for their work.
