This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my classroom, embracing technology in language education is crucial. The Cricut machine, a versatile cutting tool, will become an invaluable asset. It will enhance learning by allowing my students to express their ideas in both English and Spanish.

The Cricut Machine is not merely for crafting; it’s a portal to a world of creativity.

My students will use it to create visual aids and personalized projects, which makes learning interactive and instills a sense of pride in their work.

As my students learn Spanish and English, the Cricut acts as a connector of cultures. They will create bilingual materials that immerse them in a dual-language environment, aiding in a smoother transition between languages.

I strive to create a print-rich classroom, filled with words on posters and labels, to foster reading and writing skills. With the Cricut, I can customize this environment to suit my students’ needs, encouraging them to use both languages for expression.

The Cricut machine will be a powerful tool in my mission to provide dynamic and inclusive education. It will support artistic expression and bilingual communication skills, preparing my students to become confident and creative global citizens in a world that values multilingualism.
