My Project
Reading is the foundation of all learning, and my students are eager to grow—but they need the right tools to succeed. I’m seeking support to provide UFLI (University of Florida Literacy Institute) materials for my classroom. These science-backed phonics resources are designed to help young readers build essential decoding and fluency skills in a structured, effective way.
Many of my students are struggling readers who benefit from explicit, systematic instruction.
UFLI resources offer exactly that. With decodable texts, phonics activities, and engaging practice, these materials align perfectly with the best practices in reading instruction. They will help ensure every child in my class—regardless of their starting point—can become a confident, capable reader.
Your donation will directly fund UFLI materials such as decodable readers, student practice books, and instructional guides that will be used daily in small-group and whole-class settings. With your support, my students will have the opportunity to develop strong literacy skills that will serve them for life.
