Students were \"taking orders\" in math, \"sprinkling\" in new vocabulary, and rotating through sweet challenges — all while fully immersed in the fun of the theme.\r\nLater, we transformed again — this time into the great outdoors! Our \"Camping Day\" came complete with tents, faux campfires, flashlights, and the sounds of nature in the background. Technology has become a huge part of education, but sometimes it's great to disconnect from the devices. The tonies box allows the technology factor without the screen-and the impact is irreplaceable. Students love hearing the sound effects and story characters that they can relate to. This is great for my visual learners because hearing the story in a different format allows them to visualize inside their head what the story is about. The students love when the box is pulled out for centers!
