Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every day, there is a story of someone experiencing a cardiac arrest or needing some type of intervention. Sadly, this can happen to anyone regardless of age, gender or race. By training staff, we can at the bare minimum give a person some assistance until emergency personnel arrive.
CPR equipment can provide the most valuable hands-on experience in CPR training and helps to promote a more realistic approach.
The one-way valves prevent any cross contamination when practicing in class. The pocket mask allows security in knowing parts CPR can be carried out. The wipes are needed to prevent spreading of germs due to numerous staff and students using the equipment.
