My Project

In our classroom the carpet is somewhere that we all come together as a class. We talk about our weekends together, we talk about our days, and read books together. Whenever we have a class visitor we sit together on our carpet together and welcome them. My students love to grab a book from the classroom library and lay on the carpet and read their books. Having such a fun welcoming rug will help motivate students to go grab those books and look at them. The goal for this project is to create a warm and welcoming environment for to come together.
