My Students

My students attend school in an inner-city, Title I school district. Our school has had funds reduced every year and this has taken a huge toll on everyone, students and teachers alike. I have purchased a lot of supplies on my own, but I need help with some of the other items that can be beneficial to my students. With the new health guidelines, our classroom is in need of additional supplies to help keep everyone safe.

My Project

My students are in need of having a cozy place to cuddle up with a good book. This donation will give my students a chance to get out of their desks, read a book and forget about all the crazy things going on in the world. By giving to my class the students will have more opportunities to enjoy stories they might not otherwise be able to read. They can learn and read about topics and people the never heard of before, all while being cozy in a reading corner with a nice, comfy rug.
