This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work in an integrated co-teaching classroom as a Special Education teacher alongside my co-teacher, Mrs. Martin. We love teaching in this setting, and want to provide the absolute best 5th grade experience for our students!
The students in our classroom have unique learning preferences.
Whether the students are all learning together on the large classroom rug or working independently, they need to feel comfortable.
The materials that we are asking for will provide our students flexibility to move and learn within the classroom. Students can take their clipboards and cushions to any spot in the classroom where they can feel focused and motivated to learn!
