it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students are hardworking, kind, and full of curiosity. They come to school eager to learn, despite challenges they may face outside the classroom. What makes them truly special is their resilience and determination—they support each other, strive to do their best, and never let obstacles stand in their way.
The winter jackets we are requesting will make a tremendous difference in their learning.
Many of our students arrive at school without proper cold-weather gear, making it difficult for them to focus when they are shivering. By providing warm jackets, we can ensure that every student comes to school comfortable and ready to engage in lessons without the distraction of being cold. These jackets will also allow them to participate fully in outdoor activities, from recess to hands-on science experiments, without worrying about the weather.
Our goal for this project is simple: to make sure every student has the warmth they need to focus, learn, and thrive. When students feel safe and comfortable, their confidence grows, and they can fully immerse themselves in their education. Your support will not only provide essential warmth but also show our students that they are cared for and valued.
