This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are an incredible group of bright, determined learners who face every challenge with resilience and optimism. What makes them truly special is their unwavering kindness toward one another and their eagerness to grow, no matter the circumstances. They inspire us daily with their creativity and determination to succeed.

This project focuses on providing warm winter coats to ensure that our students stay safe and comfortable during the cold months.

Many of our students walk to school or wait for buses in frigid temperatures, and having proper winter gear will allow them to focus on learning rather than worrying about the cold. A warm coat is more than just clothing; it’s a tool that helps students arrive at school ready to learn, confident, and prepared to engage fully in the day ahead.

Our goal for this project is to eliminate barriers to learning by addressing a basic need: staying warm. By ensuring every student has access to a proper coat, we can foster a positive environment where they can focus on their studies and their dreams, rather than the weather outside.

Our students deserve every opportunity to shine, and your support will make a tangible difference in their daily lives. Thank you for helping us keep them warm, focused, and ready to achieve their best!
