This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting flexible seating items from my classroom. By having the addition of barstools and tall tables students will now have access to a variety of different working stations. Since I see an entire grade level of students they all now have the potential to learn in this new and welcoming environment. Flexible seating has the ability to foster a love for learning through not just being at a stationary desk.

My goal is to create a classroom where students love to be and feel comfortable collaborating with their peers.

Once those things are accomplished that's when learning can really begin.
