My Project

My students are an eager group of learners. They love sharing their ideas and are always looking for ways to collaborate with their peers. They come to school ready to learn and are always excited when they can explore something new.

My students love to learn and are working towards understanding what they need to be successful leaders.

Part of that is having access to a variety of materials and a comfortable space where they can be themselves. I strive to provide that for my students in my classroom.

Due to changes in our district structure, I will be moving classrooms (and grades) next year. I would love to be able to start the year off with a comfortable space and materials that will make students feel welcome. Creating a safe and welcoming environment (that is also useful- book bins, writing materials, storage for their materials) is of the highest priority for my students. When students feel comfortable in their learning environment, it is easier for them to do their best work! Starting the year off on the right foot will set them up for a year (hopefully a lifetime) of success!
