My Project
My students are so eager to learn. They enjoy the opportunity to come into the learning commons and experience the various activities offered. One of the most requested is storytime.
Storytime is important because it promotes literacy and gives the students an opportunity to interact with each other.
They are able to socialize and discuss the story from their perspectives.
Having a carpet where they all can fit on will afford them the chance to listen to the story in a more comfortable environment instead of having to sit to the tables which are are so fixed and high for the PK students.
